We all should wash our hands, but we should keep our phone and tablet clean and sanitized too.
With the spread of coronavirus in the U.S. and around the world, you are urged to wash your hands often and keep from touching your face. It is also important that your smartphone and tablet are free from germs as well.
You do not need to wash your phones or tablet with harsh chemicals like bleach or soapy water, which can damage your device. Avoid spraying or dipping it in any liquid. Instead, we recommend using a slightly damp lint-free cloth with 70% - 90% isopropyl alcohol or disinfecting wipe, 100% isopropyl alcohol will be harsh and may cause damage to the device. Gently wipe its surface, including the case. Avoid getting moisture in any openings, and don't submerge your phone in any cleaning agents.
Please follow below steps for cleaning your phone:
- Turn OFF the device
- Disconnect your wall charger and all other cables while cleaning to prevent electrical shock.
- Remove your phone from case. If case is made of TPU/Plastic, please clean it separately with wet/soapy water. If your case is made of leather please check manufacturer website for cleaning instruction.
