How can I perform a factory reset on my phone?

You can follow below steps to reset your phone in the boot status.

• Go to “Settings”
• Touch “Back up & reset”
• Touch “Factory data reset” to start.
• Touch “RESET PHONE” in the open window
• Touch “OK” to start.
• Warning: this action will erase all your personal information and downloaded apps.

2^nd Option: Factory reset with your phone in Shutdown state

• Press power and volume up button at the same time
• The device will boot in factory mode
• Press volume up/ down key to choose “wipe data/factory reset”
• Press power key to confirm

• Choose “reboot system now” and press Power key to confirm
