You can check recently used applications very easily. Just touch the Menu key 
in the bottom right corner of screen, recently used applications appear.
- When you open up the app drawer, you can easily switch between the apps that are running with just a tap of your finger.
- Also, you can drag left or right with your finger to kill the task
